Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Zayra Fashion as soon as possible after placing the order.
If the cancellation request is received and accepted before the order is dispatched, we will cancel the order and process any eligible refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to receive the order and follow the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly.
Repeated refusal of COD orders or misuse of COD services may result in restrictions on future COD availability.
Zayra Fashion reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:
Product becoming unavailable
Pricing or inventory errors
Inability to deliver to the entered location
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction
Information required to fulfil the order being unavailable or incorrect
If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method.
